South Korea is on the southern half of the Korean Peninsula, bordering Sea of Japan and the Yellow Sea. Korean culture is similar to that of China and Japan, but South Korea models is a republic, like the United States. This website will provide you with information about the politics, history, geography, economics, and culture of this nation as well as suggestions for activities in the classroom and at home that can enhance our understanding and appreciation of this Asian culture.
